I can tell you that I experienced him to be a cruel man, a bully and an abuser.
I am sad as my precious and irreplaceable items are lost forever: My childrens photos, their art and school work, memorabilia from my thirty (30) year career in entertainment posters, cards and gifts from Merrily We Roll Along, The Wild Party, Caroline or Change. My family photos. Precious and ireeplaveable items many of which were to be archived at The Billy Rose Library in Manhattan.
What frightens me most is Eric B. Winter is on the dating sites as rickyb8309, etb1983. He is in search of another African American female victim.

On November 8, 2012 Eric B. Winter sent me an email titled STORAGE WARS wrote:
I do not intend to pay the rent on the unit as the vast majority of items (but not all of them) belong to you. Some things in the unit belong to me. All of the contents of the unit will eventually go to auction if the rent is not paid in full.
The essence of this message is to inform you that my previous offer of giving you the contents of the unit in exchange for your assuming responsibility for the unit is no longer available.

US Storage cannot help me because Eric B. Winter put my belongings in storage under on;y his name and will not release ownership of my property to me.

Sorry it took me a few to respond. My assistant
manager has spoken to Eric, who is still legally the owner of the unit.
He says that he will not sign over the release of ownership over to
you. With him saying that, there is really not
anything I can do. We take a neutral stance when dealing with these
types of issues and don't want to be involved. If you can convince Eric
to change his mind, then I can proceed. Other than that, my options are
limited. Thank you.
