Self Help or Suicide
If the options are a razorblade, a noose or repeating mantras like "I live in a world of abundance and share from my overflow" while the gas and electricity are turned off and you're taking hoe baths in the Texaco bathroom, the choice is obvious right?

I dont know how to respond to this really, but I always think self help is the answer, but sometimes we are in such a space that help from anyone would be welcomed. I would not consider suicide an option, mainly because I couldnt inflict that kind of pain on those I leave behind.
If the electricity is turned off, light a candle, if you light enough they not only provide light but heat as well, and it hides all the other things in the room and give you a sense of wonder.
If the gas is turned off and you have to use the bathroom somewhere else, at least there is an option of a number of places.....the gas station........any fast food outlet or find a nice hotel and use the bathroom in the lobby.
Above all reach out to someone, anyone even if its a blogger, because things are never that bad, there are always options. Not always the options we wish to choose from, but options none the less.
whats this all about?
All those $100 candles got you into trouble to begin with. You don't need more. Pick up some Martha Stewart and a flashlight at Target. You can get a hot dog for 99 cents and the second one for a penny on Tuesdays. The bathrooms are OK, except the mens room in Hollywood. Pick me up some white socks when you are there.
OK, Tonya, for some reason the Spirit told me to check out your blog, which I haven't done in a while. Didn't know why. Then I read this . . . what you wrote about the two options. I love Mandi's comment. But you know, you got me worried, Ms. T. You're not thinking of killing yourself, are you? Eric doesn't seem to think so. I know you're either laughing out loud or quiet right now. I hope it's a good guffaw and not solemn silence which exudes now from your anointed throat. It was good seeing you in SD this weekend. Thanks for stopping by and thanks for all your uplifting kindness. Blessed Love to you, my Sistah of all Sistahs -- blessed Love. Remember I'm just a hop and skip away, whenever you need an ear. I love you.
